HOW DO I FIND A SOUND DRIVER FOR MY MOTHERBOARD? - ct4870

I need a driver for my computer to find the name of the board of Creative Labs model # CT4870 .. I have an HP. And I have Windows XP. I need someone to me, one for the download link that works for this team. I tried to go for download on the HP website, I many drivers and working conditions only Arent. He says I'm still no audio device.
