School STI Testing scam? - sti testing
There is evidence in the High School in Ottawa is free and confidential STD / STI testing by urine sample at noon on Tuesday.
I think that "free and confidential testing? How can I lose?"
Therefore, I, "Hmm, think maybe it's a trick to get into trouble for smoking a lot of drugs every weekend."
My question is: Have you ever seen the school tests for sexually transmitted diseases as a way to have the stones?

I seriously doubt it.
You could get free STD testing for a grant, but I doubt he can get the financing to buy a lot and a lot of testing urine for drugs. And I doubt he would be wasting money if they donated.
