Culinary Cooking Can A Person With Only One Useable Arm Go To Culinary/cooking School?

Can a person with only one useable arm go to culinary/cooking school? - culinary cooking

My cousin was a blow to the teenager and his right arm can not hold things, but let him go, and can not move.
Basically, it's really only one good arm.
She really wants to go to culinary school.
Is it possible for them in this situation? Accommodations could be made there? The instruments that are used, could help etc?
