Herpes Near The Nose Rash Or Herpes?

Rash or herpes? - herpes near the nose

I have redness on the underside of the nose. I am afraid that this includes herpes Tho I've never been to an infected person, in short, could be a virgin.

I also think that perhaps an outbreak of cold, but I have not yet cold, but ..

It does not hurt, it just does not feel comfortable when I touch.
